Rent our well-equipped Community Center for your event!  Our spacious facility, including social room and adjoining kitchen, accommodates up to 150 people.

We Provide:

- Kitchen Appliances: electric stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemakers.

- Large work/serving island.

- Tables (seat 8) and chairs.

- Floor area suitable for dancing.

- Ample parking.

You Provide:

- Serving utensils, dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, paper products. 

- Food.

- Beverages, ice.

- Cream, sugar, condiments.

- Decorations (no glitter, please.)

- Music, entertainment, sound equipment.

Q: Do you set up tables and chairs?

A: Tables will be pre-set upon arrival.  You may move the tables and chairs to accommodate your event.  After your event, please return them to their original placement.

Q: Are alcoholic beverages permitted?

A: Yes, but you must secure a one day ABC Banquet License.

Q: Will I have access to the room ahead of my event?

A: Access is limited to the rental period.

​

Q: Am I responsible for clean-up?

A: No.  You will be charged a cleaning fee when you sign your contract.  This fee will pay for our professional cleaning service. You will need to remove any items you brought to your event.

Q: Is the community center available any time and day of the week?

A: In general the community center is available to rent weekdays after 6 p.m., Saturdays (for half or full day), and Sundays after 2 p.m.  For specific availability, send us an inquiry or call 757-481-7674.

Q: When is payment due?

A: Payment in full is due 4 weeks before the event.
